Norman Beck lecturing in Scotland

Hi folks

"Smart, funny and cunning ... Miss him at your peril!" - R. Paul Wilson
"Norman Beck will fool you very badly. His lecture is an absolute delight." - Marc DeSouza

These are just a few of the things people in the know are saying about Texas-based Close Up Magician Norman Beck who will be lecturing in Paisley and Aberdeen in the next couple of weeks.

The lecture in Paisley is taking place in the Function Room of Suzy Q's Pool Club, 58 Stock Street, Paisley (wonder who organised that venue?) on Sunday 6th July starting at 2pm. The cost is £10 per person. You can download a flyer regarding this lecture by clicking here. If you have any questions or queries, you can drop me an e-mail.

Aberdeen Magic Society will be hosting the second lecture, being held on Tuesday 8th July at The Sportsmans Club, Queens Road, Aberdeen. The lecture is scheduled to start at 8pm and the cost is £5 for Aberdeen Magic Society members and £10 for non-members. More details regarding the Aberdeen lecture can be obtained by visiting the Aberdeen Magic Society website.

Rather than tell what the lecture is and spoil it, Mr Beck would like to point out what the lecture is not:-
• It is not a dealer lecture.
• It is not a lecture you need to buy the notes to get value from it.
• It is not a lecture of magic theory
• It is not a lecture of variations of other people’s tricks.
• It is not a lecture of finger flinging.

I hope you can make it along as it sounds like a fascinating, and very entertaining, lecture.

Speak soon.

The Cardman :-)
